In the studio there is a sitting area, a sofa bed and a kitchenette (two kettles, a sink, utensils and cutlery) , and in the double room - a small sitting area, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and a large terrace with garden furniture. The menu for non-alcoholic All Inclusive beverages includes soft drinks, juice from a post-mix, mineral and carbonated water, soft cocktails, coffee and tea.

The menu for alcoholic All Inclusive drinks includes draft beer, Bulgarian alcoholic drinks, cocktails with Bulgarian alcohol, and table wine.

The maximum quantity permitted is one drink per person per order. When ordering alcoholic beverages, guests are served by a waiter or bartender.
