Location: The hotel is located in the center of the Sunny Beach resort, approximate 150m. away from the beach.


Accommodation: The hotel has 20 floors, total 491 beds - apartments, double and single rooms with direct or side sea view to the bay of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. All rooms and apartments have a balcony, a bathroom, air conditioning, a mini bar (it is extra paid when is charged with food and drinks upon client`s request) , cable TV, telephone, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi. Coffee / tea in the room (electric kettle) –restocked daily, mineral water in the room (free of charge, once time, in check-in) .

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1 PROMO: The rooms have two regular beds and one extendable armchair. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: The rooms have two regular beds and one extendable armchair. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1/2+2 SUPERIOR: The superior rooms have two regular beds and one/ two extendable armchairs. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

JUNIOR SUITE 2+2: Consists of 2 rooms (a bedroom and a living room) separated by a door. The junior suites have two regular beds and one extendable sofa. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

Baby cot is provided upon request, for an extra charge 6 BGN/ day.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel doesn’t have adapted rooms for disabled.

About the hotel: Fully renovated in 2019 restaurant "Kuban" offers a wide range of snacks, hot and cold dishes, fish and domestic cuisine, desserts, selected Bulgarian wines as well.

Lobby bar, snack bar by the pool, game room bar (the bar is included in All inclusive, games are paid) and bar with outdoor sun terrace, safe at reception desk (6 BGN/ day) , parking (10 BGN/ day) .

Sport and entertainment: The hotel offers its guests a gym (free of charge) and a sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi (additional charge) . Aqua Park - water entertainment center, opened every day from 09:00 to 18:00.
